The first steps to take when building a custom home are locating a lot or acreage and determining the size and requirements of the home you wish to build.
2D Homes works closely with several local lenders in order to get you pre-qualified and on your way to a new home as quickly as possible.

Before scheduling a meeting with our design team, you might like to discuss with each family member their desires for the new home to create a "wish list".
Another helpful activity is looking at plan books and home magazines, clipping favorite pictures or designs to start an idea scrapbook.
This can be added to during the design and construction of your home, then kept as a reference of colors and selections for any future needs.
Once the floorplan, features and cost have been determined, then it is time to begin construction!
