2) Framing It Up
The first phase of construction includes lot clearing, setting foundation forms, roughing in the plumbing, digging beams, placing steel and finally pouring the slab.
Soon after the slab is poured, framing begins and you are able to experience your new home three dimensionally for the first time.

The activity continues with wiring, topping out the plumbing, roughing in the mechanical, and measuring for cabinetry.
Meanwhile, the outside of your house is being "dried in" with primer paint, shingles and masonry.

Once the dry wall is in place, the walls are textured and work begins on trimming and setting the cabinetry.
During these phases of construction, we are working with you on selection of colors and finishes.
